When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is processed in server log files. This is needed to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

The log files are only kept for as long as necessary for this purpose and are then deleted automatically.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. Data you send via the contact form cannot be read by third parties.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded locally from this server; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

If you use the contact form, your details (name, email, optional phone number, selected package, message) are sent to me by email via the mail server of my hosting provider checkdomain (Germany) so that I can answer your enquiry. You also receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provided. No external form services are used.

To prevent misuse, your IP address is stored only in anonymised form (as a hash value) for a maximum of 15 minutes in order to limit repeated mass submissions.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they have been dealt with, at the latest after six months. If an order results, I keep the documents for as long as statutory retention obligations require (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB: six or ten years).

If you contact me by email or phone, I process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The same retention periods apply as for the contact form.

The WhatsApp button is a plain link: no data is transferred to WhatsApp when you visit this website. WhatsApp (provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Ireland) only opens when you click it. WhatsApp's privacy policy then applies to any further communication; data may also be transferred to the USA.

This website links to my profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. These are plain links: no content from these services is embedded and no data is transferred to them when you visit this website. The respective provider's privacy policy only applies once you click a link (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).

You have the right to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR) and withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future. A short message to info@ogica.de is all it takes.
